One SOS press becomes an identified alert, reaches the right people, and leaves a record.
02Step by step
One press, and the rest happens on its own.

Press
A rider presses SOS in the lift car. The unit is tied to that lift's name, so the alert carries it. The unit confirms the alert has gone out, so nobody is pressing into silence.

Alert
The signal leaves the shaft through the receiver's antenna and reaches the SOSConnect platform, which sends an SMS and places a voice call to every contact set for that lift.
- 03
Respond
A contact takes the alert and acknowledges it. The unit in the car shows that, so the rider knows someone is coming.
- 04
Acknowledge
Who acknowledged, and when, is written to the record along with the alert itself. It is there afterwards, for the building and for the lift company.

The SOS unit in the lift car sends to the receiver and its antenna, which passes the alert to the SOSConnect platform. The platform sends SMS and voice calls to contacts, and writes the alert and its acknowledgement to the record.

The contact
An SMS and a voice call naming the lift. They acknowledge, and that is recorded.
The lift company
Alert history and reports in the app, for the buildings they look after.
The rider
Presses SOS. The unit confirms the alert was sent, and again when someone acknowledges it.
Works alongside your lift's existing alarm or voice communicator. It doesn't replace it.
